Metroid Dread is a 2D platformer Metroidvania game developed by MercurySteam and published by Nintendo for the 3DS. It was released on September 15, 2017 in Japan and worldwide on October 27, 2017.
Metroid Dread is a game that has 100% completion. This walkthrough will help you find all the items in the game and complete your 100% completion.
The forests of Planet ZDR are unlike those seen on Earth. For one thing, it’s full of weird flowers that Samus Aran may utilize as temporary platforms and extraterrestrial creatures like the boss Golzuna. Two, it has a ton of treasures tucked away in its branches and tunnels.
Upgrades for your total Missile count, maximum health, and Power Bomb stock are among the collectibles in Metroid Dread. If you want to discover all of Ghavoran’s sparkling secrets, keep reading – we’ll show you how.
Missile Tank #1 [+10] | Morph Ball, Speed Booster are required.
This Missile+ Tank is available as soon as you enter Ghavaron through the Burenia elevator. Drop down to the Total Recharge Station and enter the next chamber after pulling the Grapple Beam Block. There’s barely enough room to charge up a Shinespark before launching yourself to the ceiling gap and grabbing the ledge. Carry the Morph Ball all the way to the end of the tunnel to get the Tank.
Spider Magnet, Morph Ball, Bombs, Grapple Beam | Missile Tank #2 [+2] | Requirements:
After defeating the golden Robot Chozo Soldier, go to the next chamber but do not begin climbing. Instead, search for a series of Bomb Blocks at the bottom of the screen to blast through. To get to a huge room below, follow the tunnels and blast through several more obstructions. The Grapple Beam may be used to swing across a series of broken bricks from the Spider Magnet lining along the wall (unfortunately, what seems to be a bridge to the Missile Tank cannot really hold Samus). To get to the ledge with the Expansion, swing over the three Grapple Points.
Missile Tank #3 [+2] | Morph Ball, Grapple Beam are required.
On your journey down from the Network Station to the Super Missile ability, you’ll come across this. You’ll come across a spinning plank and a magnetic box that block the way back, indicating that you’re on the correct track. When you approach a big chamber with a flying whale opponent, you must come to a halt. You can pull a Grapple Beam Block out of the way. To get the Tank, tuck into the hole it blocked.
Missile Tank #4 [+2] | Morph Ball, Bombs are required.
To the right of the Golzuna boss battle chamber is a trail of Bomb bricks. Blow them up with bombs and look for a Missile Tank in the rock wall.
Missile Tank #5 [+2] | Grapple Beam, Speed Booster are required.
In the chamber with the tram to Elun, there’s a very simple Speed Booster puzzle. Begin by pulling the Grapple Beam Door and providing yourself with ample runway to dash through. To get the Missile Tank inside, climb onto the platforms in the next level and smash against the blocks on the left-hand wall.
Missile Tank #6 [+2] | Morph Ball, Bombs, and Ice Missile are required.
This may be located straight up from the Save Station, beyond the flooded chamber and the lengthy Morph Ball tunnel. Climb to the western end of the tunnel to discover a flaming Enky that may be destroyed with an Ice Missile. A series of tunnels may be climbed utilizing the Morph Ball and its Bomb ability beyond that. At the top of this twisting route lies the Missile Tank.
Ice Missile | Energy Tank | Requirements
You may also receive this after defeating the Ghavoran EMMI and obtaining the Ice Missile ability. Exit via the tallest eastern door and jump up to the following room’s ledge. The E Tank will be yours if you use your new Ice Missile to kill the flaming Enky in your path.
Ice Missile, Space Jump | Requirements: Power Bomb Tank
After defeating Enky, go to the next chamber. Space To locate the Tank, jump all the way to the top and around the tunnel to the left.
Part 1 of Energy | Morph Ball, Grapple Beam, and Ice Missile are required.
This may be located in the wide open area of the same chamber, right below the Energy Tank. You can pull a Grapple Beam Block from the left-hand wall, but you’ll need to use an Ice Missile on the adjacent flower first — it’ll wither away in a matter of seconds if you don’t. Pull the Grapple Beam Block away from its adjacent block while it’s frozen, then fire a Missile to destroy it. It contains the Energy Part, so leap to the ledge and morph into a Morph Ball to get your reward.
Missile Tank #7 [+2] | Morph Ball, Ice Missile, Storm Missile are required.
A Storm Missile Block may be found directly adjacent to the Green Teleportal, however it must be removed by going to the chamber to the southeast. Use an Ice Missile to freeze the blossoms there, giving you ample time to jump on and pop all of the green targets before the flower wilts. You may jump up and grab the Missile Tank on the Morph Ball-sized ledge now that the Storm Missile Box is gone.
Morph Ball, Grapple Beam, Space Jump, Gravity Suit, Screw Attack | Missile Tank #8 [+2] | Requirements: Morph Ball, Grapple Beam, Space Jump, Gravity Suit, Screw Attack
Begin in the flooded chamber under the last Missile Tank, but this time utilize the Gravity Suit, Space Jump, and Screw Attack to break through the blue blocks above the water. Enter the next chamber, which is extremely tall, by opening the Grapple Beam door. To reach a ledge, Space Jump up the left-hand wall. Grab it and lift it into the slanted Morph Ball tunnel, where you’ll find the Tank.
Missile Tank #9 [+2] | Morph Ball, Screw Attack, and Cross Bomb are required.
Begin by Screw Attacking your way up to the tunnel above the Green Teleportal. You may use Cross Bombs to go over the Pitfall Blocks and reach the Missile Tank on the other side.
Missile Tank #10 [+2] | Morph Ball, Space Jump, Gravity Suit, Cross Bomb
A Missile Tank may be found in the flooded tunnel under the Map Station. From the left, bomb your way in, then jump up through the water to the ledge above. Destroy the blocks there, then use a Cross Bomb to go past the breakaway blocks and reach the Tank.
Missile Tank #11 [+2] | Requirements: Gravity Suit, Morph Ball
Another Missile Tank may be found directly close to the Burenia elevator. Drop into the water, fire the block, then tuck in and grab it off the ledge.
Morph Ball, Grapple Beam, Speed Booster, Space Jump, Gravity Suit, Screw Attack | Energy Part #2 | Requirements: Morph Ball, Grapple Beam, Speed Booster, Space Jump, Gravity Suit, Screw Attack
You’ll need a lot of skills to obtain this one, and you’ll also have to complete a Speed Booster challenge. To break through the blue blocks above the water, start from the flood chamber adjacent to the Green Teleportal and utilize the Gravity Suit in combination with the Space Jump and Screw Attack. You’ll want to Speed Boost into the next chamber from there, but first you’ll need to unlock the Grapple Beam door. Run into the towering chamber next door and prepare a Shinespark leap, then rocket straight up the center, breaking through the cave roof to expose an upper tunnel. Grab the ledge, roll in, then leap inside to reach the Missile Tank.
