The Naruto Shippuden anime is nearing its end and the stakes have never been higher. The characters are all in a race to save not just their friends but also the world itself, leading to some intense moments of fighting. Each character has different abilities that let them stand out from each other which makes for an exciting match-up with Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki himself!
If you’re looking for an anime character who can beat Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki, then the “can momoshiki beat kaguya” is a must-read.
In the anime world, saying you don’t like Boruto is one of the most lukewarm positions you can hold.
You’re lying to yourself and the rest of the world if you pretend you didn’t drool while watching the Momoshiki battle.
We’re going to keep some of that buzz continuing in the best manner we can:
Imagining conflicts that span the whole of anime time and space.
Here are my selections for Momoshiki matches when Naruto and Sasuke may have been benched.
Yami Sukehiro, No. 5
Black Clover is a Japanese anime series.
You are not required to mention anything. I’m well aware that this conflict is a doozy.
However, I believe there is a world in which Yami triumphs.
All of this is due to his Dimension Slash. This strike, like the Rasengan, bypasses all of your protections and obliterates everyone who is in its way.
We’ve seen Momoshiki take damage from an exceedingly tiny and weak Rasengan (the one thrown by Boruto at the start), so we know he’s vulnerable if caught off guard.
Yami’s slashes are really swift and span a large area, therefore I believe he is much more capable of catching Momoshiki off surprise than Boruto. As a result, it’s merely a waiting game as Yami looks for the right opportunity.
I’d say Yami is at least on par with Momoshiki in terms of quickness.
Momoshiki’s Naruto scaling suggests he’s light speed+, and given Yami has evaded lightning hits, he should be close.
In addition, Yami’s Mana Zone and Ki detecting method should keep him mostly safe.
Plus, as the encounter proceeds, Yami seems to be becoming stronger, implying that a power-up is always a possibility.
Having said that, I must admit that Momoshiki outclasses Yami in terms of sheer devastating power.
There’s no disputing his might, as he actually chopped a God tree in two by flexing.
Overall, Yami has it in the bag if he can land a flawless Dimension Slash. Momoshiki stomps if it doesn’t work out and he fails to significantly increase his strength during the battle.
Devilman: Crybaby (anime)
If my last choice made it seem like I was undervaluing Momoshiki, this matchup should demonstrate exactly how formidable he is.
Despite the fact that we only watched Satan battle for a brief time, it provided more than enough proof that they are superior than Momoshiki in terms of raw metrics.
The whole world has to be destroyed in order to be conquered.
Even then, it’s implied that Satan will just be reborn. That’s some very incredible endurance.
One may argue that Momoshiki still wins (after all, the light book depicts him chewing on a planet), but I’d rather limit myself to anime exploits.
Plus, in terms of sheer strength, Satan is significantly more strong. During their battle with Akira, they travel around the world numerous times while trading punches, resulting in apparent explosions from space.
So, despite the fact that Momoshiki can withstand most magical strikes, he has no defense against a punch that transports him over six time zones.
To put it another way, beating Momoshiki is no easy job. You don’t have a chance until you’re at least at the level of a nation in terms of damage.
Meliodas (number three)
The Seven Deadly Sins (Anime)
I’m ready to bet that Meliodas is similar to late-game Naruto at full strength, and so should be able to beat Momoshiki.
The battle would not be one-sided in the least, but I believe Meliodas would win nine times out of ten.
This is because, based on the established power levels for each phase, late-game Meliodas should be utterly ridiculous. Meliodas began at a lowly 3370 and progressed to the 800k-1 mil level by the conclusion of the series.
This is especially true when we evaluate the accomplishments of his weakest form.
Defending against lightning numerous times and demolishing a mountain with only a stick. Multiply those achievements by 200 or 300, and you’ve got a planet-buster capable of taking on Momoshiki.
We haven’t even touched on his arsenal!
His Full and Revenge counters are essentially improved versions of Momoshiki’s Rinnegan absorption, and his clone technique is certain to bring up some nasty memories for Momoshiki.
Meliodas can also avoid lost limbs and most deadly assaults because to his seven hearts and a degree of regeneration that allows him to extend the battle significantly.
I can’t reveal much more about Meliodas’ achievements or his fighting skill since the latter seasons of The Seven Deadly Sins are a PowerPoint presentation. So simply accept my math at face value and trust me.
Rimuru Tempest is the second book in the Rimuru Tempest series.
That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime in Anime
There’s one thing I’ve left out of my description of Momoshiki up to this point. And that’s what he’s capable of.
When battling Naruto and Sasuke, the person was able to see past seven layers of moves, which is quite an accomplishment.
Momoshiki, on the other hand, is a rookie in comparison to Rimuru.
This is due to Rimuru’s virtually omniscient inner voice, which can examine and deconstruct practically everything. Rimuru’s mental speed is also well above that of a regular person.
But that’s not the only area where Rimuru takes what Momoshiki has & vastly improves upon it.
Rimuru is out here consuming whole people, while Momoshiki believes he’s tough for absorbing Jutsu.
This is not simply a one-time ability, but it also permits Rimuru to continue scaling endlessly. But what about the fundamentals, such as speed and strength?
I’m going to focus on Rimuru’s following with this one. We can come up with some absurd statistics since we know Rimuru is stronger than them in every manner (because they owe their strength to Rimuru).
Benimaru nonchalantly launches mountain-sized assaults that obliterate the opponent utterly.
Hakurou, on the other hand, can move so rapidly that he can cut off an enemy’s head before they realize what’s going on. Not to mention the fact that said adversary may substantially improve their eyesight and response time.
So, by reasoning, Rimuru should vastly out-scale both of these characters — and thus be more than capable of dealing with Momoshiki as well.
One Punch Man is a Japanese anime series.
I put Boros last in my list since it’s the battle I’m most interested in seeing.
These two figures are not only conceptually comparable (being extraterrestrial rulers who come to Earth to show their muscles), but they also have similar levels of power.
Nonetheless, I believe Boros would have a tiny advantage.
This is mostly due to his physical strength, which far beyond anything Momoshiki has ever delivered.
His fists are powerful enough to convert the whole surrounding region into molten lava, and a fully charged kick may propel an opponent to the Moon. This is a significant positive since it’s a feat that not even Naruto has fully shown.
Furthermore, Momoshiki will undoubtedly be troubled by Boros’ regenerating ability.
He can not only regrow severed limbs, but he can even reassemble his whole body in a moment after being entirely blown apart.
Let’s speak about speed now.
Because speed is a little trickier to determine… He should reach at least light speed if he can keep up with Saitama (who flew from the Moon to Earth in less than a second). That’s a little slower than Momoshiki, but it shouldn’t make a significant difference in the battle.
In a race between Borus and Momoshiki, I believe Momoshiki would win in terms of speed. However, since Boros is physically stronger and more durable, I’m prepared to wager that he’ll win in the end.
Kaguya Otsutsuki is one of the most powerful characters in the series. However, there are a few who can beat her. Here’s 5 anime characters who can beat Kaguya. Reference: who is stronger than kaguya.
